I always wondered why alchemists in Korean Manga are so respected and powerful. Now I know, they are the Bill Gates of the story, and today I’ll explain why.
What do they do (Alchemist)
You can learn what alchemy does here, but the short version is that it can do more than just heal.
Healing is great enough, but adding potions that boost your abilities with little side effects seals the deal.
Imagine all those scams that promise to boost your intelligence, strength, stamina, and much more. In magic societies, that can be real.
The scams already bring enough money to warrant their existence. This will explode the business into a national powerhouse.
An alchemist would learn the craft and apply at shops or research labs. They would either help make the potions or research better ones.
Both would allow for higher than average salary and a chance at a career.
